Karen Mastroianni is a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal at Michaud Law Group and works out of our Springfield, MA office. She has over 25 years of experience in legal administration, with the last 15 years focused on commercial real estate/transactional support. Her core competencies include title and survey reviews, lease analysis, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, preparing closing statements and escrow agreements, coordinating closings, and managing post-closing matters. Karen is known for her ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, brokers, and other parties, ensuring precise and timely communication and resolving any issues that arise. She works well independently and as a team player, and understands the need to deliver under high pressure. Her mission is to facilitate the successful completion of commercial real estate transactions and to exceed her clients’ and attorneys’ expectations.
